That's changed now that you're sticking with destiny 2 as your base game, which is great, but if you were to commit to 2 DLCs/seasons + an expansion every year, if you could provide a raid, dungeon, crucible maps and a seasonal activity and story for each DLC, I'd pay double. Your initial plan for destiny was main release > DLC1 > DLC 2 > Expansion release > DLC 3 > DLC 4 > Main release. If you need the time, please take the time and delay content. I don't know how the decision making happens behind closed doors, but I think it's safe to say that the vast majority of your player base are far happier with you taking longer to give us better content. I'm fact, I'd be willing to pay more if the comment was on that level. If you did 3 or even 2 seasonal content drops a year, but we had stuff like the Menagerie in our seasonal event and more raids dropping, I'd still buy the season pass and dlc. It's variations and simplified raid mechanics were imo the best seasonal content we ever got. Everyone who played it has fond memories of the Menagerie. They're been getting better, but they're usually the same thing over and over again. I love what you're doing with the gradual release of story content week by week and the delivery is great, but the seasonal activity usually just doesn't feel all that inspired. Bungie, I'd much much rather you do 3 seasons in a year that last a bit longer and have some downtime if it means we get better seasonal content. I fully agree, but I'd also like to throw my own opinion on this. I'm sure this thread is going to be full of people commenting stuff like "if Bungie needs to delay so it's as good as witch queen, please delay." It's really felt good and balanced, while the months following the anniversary update could barely get me to log on. Otherwise I'll play Horizon or hang with my family or my girlfriend etc. I'll do the seasonal quest each week, some pinnacles, a raid, and whatever I'd like to do besides that. But other than logging on every once and a while to play when I'd like to, I haven't felt compelled like I did in the past few years. I did a contest mode clear last weekend and a clear on Tuesday evening. This season/year has been pretty generous in that you're not really required to play it like a job - i was raid ready by day 3 thanks to the legendary campaign and generous amounts of powerful drops. Destiny at it's heart is a social game and that requires a pretty consistent influx of new content to keep things fresh and people logging on. I wouldn't be against a 4 month season, but 6 months is too damned long. I mean every season has 2-3 weeks at the end to catch up. What's Rasputin's favorite dance?
